Zenario supports locations that have a real-world address.
They can be stored in Zenario's database and presented to visitors on maps and listings.
Locations are based on Zenario's Dataset system, which means that it's easy to add images, URLs, categorisations, additional checkboxes, text fields and other custom properties.
This makes it easy to manage and present a range of different types of locations, such as resellers, partners or related organisations.
Organisations — such as companies, public sector bodies, and other legal entities — can be created, in which one or more Locations are grouped together.
This follows the typical organisational structure, in which for example, one company may have various physical office locations.
Users can belong to Locations, and (if enabled) with their parent Organisation.
This is an immensely powerful feature.
At its simplest, a logged in User can be granted a role that lets them view, or edit, details of the Locations they are related to. They may also see the other related users, and be able to invite new people.
In this way it is possible to build a tiered membership system.
